SMS Policy

Who sends these messages

SMS messages are sent by ONMS LLC, operating as OnlineNotaryMadeSimple, a real estate notary dispatch platform based in Florida. Order notifications come from (833) 466-5299. The optional Monday text comes from a separate number, (833) 612-6450.

Who receives SMS messages

We send SMS notifications to three groups of people:

• Notaries — licensed notaries registered on our platform receive alerts for new assignment opportunities, updates, and cancellations. Opt-in occurs during the notary application process when a phone number is provided.
• Title companies & coordinators — contacts who submit notarization requests may receive order status updates. Opt-in occurs when a phone number is provided on the request form.
• Signers— individuals listed as signers on a notarization request may receive appointment reminders. Their phone number is provided by the requesting title company, which is responsible for obtaining the signer's consent.

The Monday text (optional)

Title company staff, escrow agents and closing coordinators can choose to get one short promotional message on Monday mornings from (833) 612-6450saying we're available for the week's closings, with a link to request a notary. These are recurring marketing messages, sent at most once a week. How to join, step by step: the Monday text.

This is a separate opt-in. Giving us a phone number on a request form does not sign you up. You join only by doing one of these yourself:

• Texting JOIN to (833) 612-6450, or
• Turning on “Monday text” in your ONMS portal (Settings, or the card on your orders page) and confirming your mobile number.

The portal shows this disclosure next to the control: “I agree to receive recurring marketing text messages from ONMS LLC (OnlineNotaryMadeSimple) at the number provided, about 1 per week. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.” After joining by text you get a confirmation message. Reply STOP at any time to stop the Monday text; it does not affect order notifications.

Types of messages

• New assignment notifications (notaries)
• Assignment acceptance or cancellation confirmations
• Order status updates (title companies)
• Appointment reminders (signers)
• Monday promotional text (only people who opted in, see above)

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on activity. Notaries may receive 1–5 messages per assignment. Title companies and signers typically receive 1–3 messages per order. The Monday text is at most 1 message per week.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a one-time confirmation that your number has been removed. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that number. Stopping one number does not stop the other.

Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan. ONMS LLC does not charge for SMS messages.

Your privacy

Phone numbers are used only for the messages described above. A number given for order notifications is never used for the Monday text unless its owner opts in to it. We do not sell or share phone numbers, or SMS opt-in data and consent, with third parties for their marketing purposes.
