What it is
One recurring marketing message on Monday mornings for title company staff, escrow agents and closing coordinators, saying we're available for the week's closings, with a link to request a notary. At most 1 message per week. Msg & data rates may apply.
It is only sent to people who sign up themselves, in one of the two ways below. Signing up is never required to request a notary or use any ONMS service, and a phone number given on a request form is never added to this list.
Way 1: text JOIN

Way 2: switch it on in the ONMS portal
Title company contacts with an ONMS portal login can turn it on from their orders page or from Settings. The control is off until they press it, and this disclosure sits right under it:

Stopping it
